How is each neckerchief made?

Each neckerchief is cut from 100% cotton fabric, hemmed and sewn on a machine before being carefully free-hand embroidered. Due to the hand-made nature of the neckerchief, the detail can appear slightly different from scarf to scarf. Please expect the scarf you receive to have some minor differences in embroidery and construction to the photographs shown, as this is what makes hand-made so unique.

Each neckerchief is hand-made in Melbourne, Australia.

 


 

Are there different sizes?

No, each scarf measures 66cm x 66cm, with a diagonal length of 94cm. Please measure carefully before purchase.

 


 

Do you make neckerchiefs to order?

Yes! Each scarf is hand-made, so takes about two weeks to turnaround. If your preferred neckerchief is out of stock, please e-mail hello[at]libbydesouza.com to ensure one is on the way.

 


 

How do I care for my neckerchief?

Due to the hand-made nature of the scarf, it must be hand-washed only. Do not bleach, wring or tumble dry. It must be line dried in the shade, and ironed with a cool iron on reverse. The woggle neck tie does not require washing. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for mishandled scarves.

How much does it cost to ship locally?

Shipping locally to Australian addresses is a $10 flat fee. Packages are posted registered with Australia Post. Please expect a 3-5 Business Days after dispatch to receive your neckerchief.

 


 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes! Worldwide shipping is available for AUD$22. Please expect a 14 days after dispatch for your neckerchief to arrive.

 


 

Do you charge international taxes?

Unfortunately I can’t be responsible for any duties or taxes applicable for international customs when your neckerchief arrive to your country. This responsibility lies with the customer. Please see your local customs office for more information on the delivery of your order.

What is your exchange/refund policy?

Unfortunately I cannot give refunds for change of mind, however I am happy to do exchanges. As there is one size only, I will not accept refunds for exchanges or refunds regarding sizing. Mishandled or incorrectly washed scarves will also be ineligible for an exchange or refund. In the unlikely event your scarf or woggle has a fault you may be eligible for a repair or replacement.
